Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jilip. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify jilip immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jilip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine-issued debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
3.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your jilip Wallet using any payment method that is not in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jilip does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jilip aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform. jilip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures required under Applicable Law.
3.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. jilip reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jilip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy.
4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. jilip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced qualifying activity.

8.3 jilip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jilip's support team to attempt resolution of any dispute in good faith.
jilip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
